Duties
Employee coordinates General Services Officer /Housing make-ready, post-arrival reassignments, commissioning, and decommissioning activities mission agencies and Management section offices. This position will be under the supervision of the Housing section supervisor. Incumbent serves as an incidental operator of official vehicles and meets all requirements outlined in 14 FAM 433. Incumbent will frequently be away from duty station circulating among the residences in the Mission housing pool, driving a government vehicle 20 hours per week. Incumbent will act as sub-Cashier for the GSO section of 80 employees over six sections.
Requirements
- Two years of administrative/clerical, real estate, project management or event planning experience is required
- Two years of College/University studies is required.
- English level III Good working knowledge written and spoken is required. (This may be tested)
- French level IV Fluent written/Spoken, including ability to translate is required.(This may be tested)
