It encourages innovation-driven entrepreneurs whose businesses have the potential to create impact across multiple sectors in Asia. The program is designed to support founders working on early-stage ideas as well as developing startups with growth potential.

The incubator offers multiple program tracks, including THINC AIM, which provides acceleration, incubation, and mentorship support for ideation to pre-early-stage startups. It also includes THINC SEED, which focuses on entrepreneurial education and development in technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Another component, THINC X, serves as an incubator-for-incubators program, supporting higher education institutions and community-based incubation initiatives to strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems.

The AIM-DBI THINCOHORT 2026–2027 program is a 12-month structured development journey for startup founders. It provides access to industry leaders and mentors from across Asia who guide participants through essential areas of business development.

Throughout the program, founders work on key areas such as identity building, branding, finance, legal compliance, technology integration, business model innovation, data and artificial intelligence, organisational culture, intellectual property, investment readiness, fundraising, and sustainability.
