Position: Assistance to the General Manager.
CCOLMAR is recruiting an Assistance to the General Manager, position based in Hann Marists, Dakar, Senegal
Missions/ Responsibilities
- Internal and external communication.
- Recruitment and interview with new employees for company development required.
- Finish company daily reports by computer.
- Finish the tasks assigned by the boss. (Including office daily administration and any work about the company operation, etc.
Requirements
- Master degree; 2-3 working experience; working experience working with Chinese is a plus.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, French, Chinese is a plus
- Good in communication and coordination;
- Good attention to details; Be responsive and dynamic
- Computer skills: good in Excel, word, PPT, etc.
