• Support the day to day management of the ONE Champions program in Francophone Africa working under the direction of the Campaigns Manager in Africa
• Support ONE prospective member recruitment via digital and mobile channels
• Provide support to ONE Africa Campaigns Manager and ONE Africa Digital Coordinator in the creation of relevant campaign messages and content
• Work with the Africa Digital Coordinator and the Global Digital Team to plan and analyze digital engagement and provide reports to the Francophone Africa and other Pan Africa teams
• Support online and offline member and ONE champion engagement in Francophone Africa
• Any other duties as appropriate to the role.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
• At least 3 years’ experience of supporting online and offline campaigns
• Fluent in French and English
• Excellent writing and editingskills
• Experience using digital and social media platforms to support campaigning efforts
• Experience of managing websites via a CMS such as Word Press
• Experience with membershiprecruitment
• Experience working with young people and volunteers
• Self-starter who can work independently and has a desire to Iearn new skills
• Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
• Ability to multitask and determine priority projects/assignments
• Ability to think critically and independently
• Flexibility and resourcefulness to respond to a fast-paced work environment with shifting deadlines
• General interest and dedication to the mission of ONE
• Ability to consistently apply good judgment and make good and responsible decisions
• Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality regarding all aspects of work at all times
