Applicants are invited to apply for the 2018 Orange Knowledge Tailor-Made Training Programme .

The Orange Knowledge Tailor-Made Training Programme is meant to improve the overall functioning of an organisation by training a selected group of staff. An organisation facing knowledge and skills problems in achieving its goals can (partly) eliminate these problems with a tailor-made training course. A tailor-made training course must be carried out by a Dutch training provider.

• Water management (including waste water treatment and flood prevention)
• Sustainable technology (such as in the area of waste management / waste to energy)
• Rule of law

Maximum subsidy

The maximum subsidy for a tailor-made training is € 75,000.

Eligibility Criteria

• The requesting organisation must be located in one of the Orange Knowledge Programme countries (mentioned below).
• Co-funding for some countries: The Orange Knowledge Programme is a co-funding programme. This means that a contribution from the requesting organisation in the OKP country is compulsory for Lower Middle Income Countries and Upper Middle Income Countries (DAC list of ODA recipients). This means that the percentage of co-funding (on top of the amount requested from the Orange Knowledge Programme) is not the same for all countries, please consult the country focus information (see above).
• Only joint proposals: An organisation in one of the Orange Knowledge Programme countries which has detected a training need for its staff directly approaches a Dutch training provider. The two organisations formulate a training proposal together and submit it to Nuffic.
