- Our Management Trainee Program is a 6-month intensive experience designed to provide a robust foundation for smart Graduates who desire to build careers in different functions within the marketing space.The program combines on the job, classroom, and soft skills training to equip participants with the tools and knowledge required to succeed in Octoplus MarketingAn offer of full-time employment with Octoplus Marketing is guaranteed for candidates who successfully scale through the Management Trainee Program. Job responsiblitiesA typical day on the job will involve.
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.Participating in meetings, brainstorms, and other learning opportunities.Observing and learning from experienced staff members.Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.Preparing documents and updating records.Rotation within different unit s and participating in daily operations as required. - Candidate must reside in Dakar, SenegalBSc from a reputable institution with at least a Second class upper (2.1) degree in Social Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field from any recognized Institution.Be between the ages of 19 – 30 years.0 – 1 year work experience.Must be fluent in French and intermediate level English.Must be open to learning and sharing ideas.
