Partner with the best
A field supervisor will provide instruction and supervision on day-to-day well site working alongside Field Engineers and technicians and third-party wellsite colleagues. Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
As a Field Supervisor – Intelligent Production Systems, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job.
- Providing front-line support with customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job
- Using experience and knowledge of applications to ensure products and services are of highest quality.
- Advising and troubleshooting on Intelligent Production Systems issues in the district.
- Conducting on-the-job training and handling special projects as required
- Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Minimum of a two-year Technical college degree and significant experience as a Field Specialist
- Have thorough mechanical and application proficiency with Intelligent Production Systems products as well as Upper Completions in two or more product lines.
- Have thorough knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and drilling/work over rig operations
- Be able to work and communicate well with others
- Be competent in medium to high-risk applications in other product groups.
