CDI
Minimum 5 years’ experience, NEBOSH/or equivalent qualified
French and English spoken and written essential
Reporting to Operations Manager (initially TGP HSE Manager)
Responsibilities
– Planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that company objectives are met.
– Oversee all HSSE Aspects at the CRF, Hotels, Transport and Airport.
– Support Operational team in ensuring HSSE compliance and perform regular HSSE audits.
– Ensure all worksites are HSSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards
– Assist in the development of project specific HSSE procedures
– Contribute to promote the Company HSSE philosophy to all parties involved in the Project
– Keeping up to date and ensuring compliance with current health and safety plans and procedures.
– Investigating/recording incidents, accidents, complaints
– Identifying potential hazards, undertaking risk assessments, determining ways of reducing risks
– Organising/attending health and safety meetings
– Monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) reporting
– Supervise the HSE officers at DP World working with DPW HSE Supervisor
