The Heart of England Community Foundation is inviting applications for the Tipton Education Fund to raise the educational attainment of Tipton. The purpose of the Fund is to support schools and community projects in Tipton.
Themes
The Foundation aim to support projects which meet one of the following themes:
Overcome barriers to learning e.g. using art, drama, sport or music as an engagement tool,
Raising aspirations of children and young people,
Supporting family learning and encouraging healthy living,
Encouraging and supporting children to read outside of the school day.
Funding Information
You can apply for up to £2,000 per application.
Funds need to spent within a 12 month period.
Eligibility Criteria
You can apply to this fund if you are one of the following:
Schools
School Clusters will be accepted for a consortium bid with one appointed accountable school
Registered charities
Constituted community groups
Companies Limited by Guarantee with charitable aims
Community Interest Companies
Co-operatives – registered Community Benefit Societies and registered Industrial and Provident Societies
Social Enterprises.
