Role
Handle Delivery Order for customer, as the initial point of contact with customer, in crosschecking documentation authenticity and invoice issuance and payment collection.
Responsibilities
- Final check on authority, Bill of Lading and other documents needed in line with the checklist before release of Delivery Order
- Check for DDSM outstanding
- Revalidate delivery order expiry date if required subject to payments
- File and record required documents received (release authorization, bill of lading, letter of indemnity) and any other relevant documents
