This position provides day-to-day desktop, remote support in the Microcred Services and remotes local sites.
The Help Desk Technician will work on tasks assigned and maintain all computers equipment within Microcred Network.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
• Install, upgrade, and configure workstations.
• Provide assistance with troubleshooting of software, hardware, printer/scanning setup, networking printing problems.
• Assist with the breakdown, relocation, and setup of workstations to accommodate users relocation and any new location installation.
• Assist users remotely via our remote management software.
• Maintain secure patch levels on workstations as needed.
• Add/remove hardware as needed.
• Support local departmental business applications.
• Manage printer cartridge replenishment.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Associates degree 2-3 years of computer (desktop) support
• Preferred certification: A+, network+
• Physical Requirements/Work Environment: Work is performed in an office environment and in the field.
• Must Speak French and English
