Goal
The goal of this project is to sustain the Freedom Network Training Institute (FNTI) to develop, expand, and strengthen victim service and housing program by providing specialized training and technical assistance through trauma informed, victim centered services to survivors of human trafficking.

assist programs in increasing safety, independence, self-sufficiency, and well-being for survivors of human trafficking through housing resources, and
improve partnerships between victim service providers and housing stakeholders at the national, state, and local level.
Deliverables
Review policy & procedures for funded programs under OVC’s FY2021 Housing Assistance Grants for Victims of Human Trafficking
Develop and distribute training materials (webinars, fact sheets, etc) on voluntary, trauma-informed service models and successful collaborations with housing providers
Develop and facilitate peer learning networks for OVC human trafficking grantees
Host housing summits to build relationships with community partners and housing stakeholders
Create a national directory of vetted shelter and residential programs serving human trafficking survivors
Provide housing technical assistance to OVC human trafficking grantees
Funding Information
Total amount to be awarded under solicitation: $1,500,000
Maximum dollar amount for each award: $1,500,000
Period of performance start date: October 1, 2021
Period of performance duration: 24 months
