The role of the recruiting coordinator is to support PATH’s global recruiting efforts by providing administrative support to assigned recruiters and client teams. This position offers an opportunity to gain recruiting experience and professional growth in the Human Resources field.

Specific responsibilities include:
Attend client meetings, including recruitment strategy and interview preparation meetings conducted by recruiters; provide recommendations for posting/advertising venues, diversity outreach and interview logistics.
Proofread requisitions, post jobs, place advertisements and draft brief job announcements for networking.
Schedule interviews, including videoconferencing, and communicate effectively with interview team and candidates to ensure a professional interview experience.
Review, edit and ensure accuracy of requisitions, new hire information, and electronic job files; close jobs in People Source and ensure EEO data is complete.
Send candidate communication according to PATH standards and recruiters’ established process Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and check references.
Conduct full cycle recruiting as needed.
Administer PATH’s internships, ensuring agreements and related paperwork are complete and approved by Legal Affairs as necessary; track internship data and send new hire e-mail.
Coordinate temporary hiring.
Submit check requests for recruiting team.
Provide applicant tracking system training to client groups.
Required Experience
Required Skills:
Demonstrated success working collaboratively while also thinking and operating independently.
Able to produce accurate work product while also productive in a fast-paced environment.
Proven skill prioritizing competing demands and keeping others apprised of progress.
Demonstrated success exercising sound judgment and applying effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking system.

Required Experience:
A degree, preferably in human resources
A minimum of two years of administrative experience, including experience supporting a recruiting team, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience conducting full cycle recruiting strongly preferred.
