Key Responsibilities

Purpose /Summary: what is the employee responsible for?

– Be an active participant implementing our Sales Strategy & Commercial priorities.

– Responsible for maximizing yield and volume across your client portfolio.

– Active participant on always improving sales effectiveness & efficiency.

– Ensure through constant care that we maintain customer satisfaction & loyalty.

– To engage customers on an ongoing basis to ensure successful relationship maintenance and to identify new opportunities through ongoing customer dialogue, frequent phone/email communications.

– To monitor performance against KPI and to take corrective action where necessary.

Specific tasks and areas of responsibility:

– Be accessible to the clients on phone or by email.

– Build effective relationship with own client base at relevant levels of the client organization.

– To identify new opportunities through ongoing customer dialogue.

– Pass on leads from non-controlled customers to contractual holder and collaborate with other clusters on lead generation.

– Actively participate in sales campaigns and promotions.

Register in Sales force, customer related activities/opportunities.

– Proactively follow up on quotations, customers and sales related activities.

– Assist with processing price quotes and rate negotiations.

– Handle existing customer request in absence of external sales reps (filed based sales reps).

– Keeping records of opportunities & activities related to your customers in the salesforce.com.

– Align with TNM on growth plan delivery WWWT; grow SOW and target new accounts (Defend, Expand and Target) strategy.

– Gather market research and market intelligence for TNM.

– Be able to work with the GCSs for all outsourced related activities, enquiries and complementary information.

Who we are looking for
Main Requirements are:

– A person having strong commercial, market & customer understanding.

– A person with at least 2-3 years’ experience in particularly sales or commercial and customers experience activities will also be valuable.

– An individual, who is decisive, has a sense of urgency and strong result orientation.

– He/she should be able to communicate & collaborate – thereby driving improvement to our organization, processes and customer satisfaction
