– Le poste nécessite des voyages très fréquents et nombreux dans la zone géographique, Dakar Abidjan ,,,,,,

The purpose of this procedure is to define the business content of the « Country Sales Manager », ie his daily tasks, responsibilities, duties and business obligations.
General Mission
The « Country Sales Manager », through its daily actions, contributes to the development of commercial activity on its geographical perimeter of assignment.
Under the direct responsibility of « Group Sales Manager » or « Area Sales Manager », he is in charge of prospecting, developing and animating his client portfolio, and follow-up of the files until the delivery of the orders. It is responsible for the proper execution of the contractual conditions and must ensure the maintenance of a rate of customer satisfaction in relation to the level of requirement of the company.
It is also the guarantor of the strict application of the commercial policy defined by the Group’s Sales Department.

The Country Sales Manager « is responsible for the following missions:

– Within its geographical scope, establish a business strategy through a comprehensive business plan, in compliance with the general commercial policy established by the Group Sales Manager
– Establish a commercial development plan for the area, ensuring a P & L in line with the margin targets set
– Intensively prospect new clients with the aim of ensuring that the EMPLOYER COMPANY is seamlessly referred to them on a permanent basis and / or on promotional activities. This prospecting must allow for contacts and appointments
– Organize tours of visits to clients of its existing portfolio and through exchanges with partners (resellers, etc.) develop partnerships and turnover volume
– Carry out regular actions to enhance the entire range of products and try, through negotiation, to increase the volume of orders while preserving the volume of margin and always in compliance with the commercial policy Defined by the Commercial Director Accessories Group
– Proposing and participating in the development of promotional campaigns (4X3 campaigns, distribution of catalogs, etc.) with the aim of highlighting the different brands (private brands, external brands and licensed brands) Among our clients and clients of our Master Dealers
– Monitor its performance via predefined KPIs:
O Signature of distribution contracts o Turnover
O Opening of accounts
O Sell-in, Sell thru & Sell-out
O Forecast of orders
O Payment tracking and risk management
– Relaying upward and downward information between its customers, the international sales department and the various support departments at headquarters
– Implementing promotional actions with its clients in agreement with the international trade management
– Ensure a watchfulness of its clients regarding the correct application of the terms of the contracts and go back to its administrative binomial all the dysfunctions and / or litigation for resolution of the latter
– Ensure the reporting of its daily actions
– On a day-to-day basis, enhance the brand image of the company and its bones in different product ranges

COMPETENCES, QUALITIES REQUIRED

– Minimum BAC + 2 Business Action or equivalent / Business Schools type ESC
– Required experience of 3 to 4 years minimum on the function and in our sector of distribution activity
Accessories for Smartphones
– The position requires very frequent and numerous trips to the geographical area
Skills Required:
– Current practice of the language of the country (area) of assignment + current practice of English
– Expert in sales techniques
– Expert in negotiation skills
– Demonstrated knowledge of distributed product markets (accessories for smartphones: retail, operators,
wholesalers)
– Proficiency in Excel / Word / PowerPoint
