The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the United States African Development Foundation (USADF) is issuing this solicitation to fulfill a position for a Country Program Coordinator (CPC) in the Senegal field office.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; applications are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

 

The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions — Commercial Items, FAR Clause 52.212-5 –Contract Terms & Conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders — commercial items,applications instructions, and evaluation of applications applies to this acquisition. Applications shall be e-mailed to the below adress, with the subject line « Applications for RFP-ADF-FOP-17-0023R Senegal CPC, Attention JMCCLEAD/TAYERS » and received on or before 10:00 am EST (14:00 Senegal time) on August 9, 2017. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
